Design Thinking and Endometriosis

With 25 participants—including healthcare professionals, patients, designers, representatives from the public sector, and parliamentarians—the workshop was conducted based on the Design Thinking methodology, promoting empathy, collaboration, and a focus on solutions with the potential for real impact.

The results were organised into a public report, which provides visibility to the process and shares best practices. Additionally, Johnson & Johnson, the project’s contracting party, received five detailed solution proposals, co-created by a multidisciplinary group committed to transforming the endometriosis landscape in Brazil.

I had never participated in a workshop with this approach before, and for me it was really productive. As a carrier, I believe we increasingly need events like these where we can generate ideas and build resolutions.
